Can’t Login / Locked Out WordPress

Just in case you need to manually reset your password for WordPress using the Database, it's quite easy.

Easily change your WordPress username or password using phpMyAdmin in just a few clicks. Customize WordPress User, Check out this video tutorial:

  • Log into cPanel
  • Click on phpMyAdmin
  • Navigate to proper database using left side
  • Find and click the *_users table and update appropriate column, perhaps user_email.
