Today, we are announcing a plan to migrate and transition away from some data center locations.
No noticeable change for anyone but Von
During the last year, we worked hard to deliver value for our customers and results for Von. Unfortunately, increased cost at some data center locations have impacted our overall budget. The increased pricing without increased value has enabled us to use this as a reason to find a better place to call home.
Over the next couple of days, Von will focus time and attention on backing up data, and importing hosting accounts to a better place.

- No increased value from data center for previous price increase
- July 2020 had 22% price jump
- February 2022 had 20% price hike
- February 2023 had 9% price increase
As you can see, that’s a 51% price increase in under 3 years and that’s the reason why this quick and painless data migration will be happening. Von does not wish, or want to ever raise pricing for customer.
